Your guests arrive through our stone gateway, following the tree-lined avenue until our clock tower and crenellated silhouette come into view, setting the scene for what lies ahead. Inside our Grade I listed halls, gold-toned walls catch the light from our chandeliers while intricate wood paneling tells stories of centuries past. The main reception spaces accommodate 200 for seated dining beneath soaring ceilings with their original moldings, or 300 guests for standing celebrations where people naturally gather around our ornate fireplaces. Large windows dressed in period curtains frame views across the estate grounds, bringing Yorkshire's changing seasons into every moment of your celebration. Our 16 bedrooms within the main house mean your closest friends and family can wake up surrounded by Gothic revival architecture, while six estate cottages provide additional overnight options. We produce our own sparkling wine in the walled garden vineyard, perfect for arrival drinks or toasts. The Stables Tearoom overlooks these vines, serving everything from wedding breakfasts to day-after brunches.
