Our Mezzanine sits above the main pub, offering a private retreat where Georgian windows frame views across Bath's historic streets. This upper-floor space combines the building's 1748 heritage with carefully chosen furnishings that create an atmosphere both relaxed and refined. The warm wooden floors anchor an eclectic collection of seating arrangements, from vintage chairs to rustic tables, each piece selected to complement the room's character. Natural light pours through those tall Georgian windows throughout the day, while our vintage-style lighting fixtures take over as evening arrives, casting a gentle glow across the exposed features and artwork adorning the walls. We've designed this space to work beautifully for groups of up to 22 seated guests or 30 standing, making it just right for birthday celebrations, engagement parties, or corporate gatherings that need something more intimate than a large function room. The private bar means your guests won't need to venture downstairs for drinks, keeping the party flowing smoothly in your own dedicated space.
