Our Partial Hire - Lower Ground transforms from daytime meeting space to evening party venue with just a flick of the lights. Cool grey walls showcase rotating artwork from local artists, while exposed brick adds that Farringdon warehouse feel we're known for. The space holds 80 standing guests comfortably, or we can arrange tables for 36 if you prefer a seated dinner party. The bar takes centre stage down here, stocked with everything from craft beers to our signature cocktails (the espresso martini is particularly dangerous). Our bartenders know their stuff and keep drinks flowing without the queues you get at bigger venues. Those disco balls hanging from the ceiling? They're not just decoration, switch them on after dinner and watch your corporate event turn into a proper party. We've installed a full PA system that handles everything from background jazz during cocktails to pumping dance tracks later on.
