The Bridie Library's rich wood paneling catches the afternoon light streaming through tall windows, creating the perfect backdrop for your celebration. We've watched countless parties unfold in this room, from 50th birthday gatherings to retirement celebrations, and the atmosphere never fails to impress guests when they first step inside. Those deep green leather chairs you'll spot are original to the space, and we often arrange them around the room's edges when parties want more mingling space. The traditional book-lined walls and working fireplace give the room genuine character, while the deep blue carpet adds warmth underfoot when dancing breaks out later in the evening. We can arrange The Bridie Library several ways depending on your celebration. For formal dinners, we seat 40 comfortably with proper elbow room, or pack in 50 guests theatre-style for speeches and presentations. The cabaret setup works brilliantly for 24 guests when you want tables for drinks but plenty of space to move about. Our in-house catering team prepares everything fresh, whether you're after elegant canapés or a full three-course dinner. The bar service runs directly from our main bars, so your guests enjoy the same selection of local craft beers, wines and premium spirits available throughout the building. We've got Wi-Fi, projector and PA system ready when needed, particularly useful for those milestone birthday videos or engagement party speeches.
