The Purpose Made Event Space transforms throughout the day, from morning light playing across 25,000 chandelier crystals to evening celebrations where those same crystals cast dancing patterns across 600 dinner guests. We've designed this hall at The Willows to adapt to your vision, whether that's traditional round tables for 500 wedding guests or theatre-style rows accommodating 600 for a corporate presentation. Recent renovations have given us the flexibility party planners appreciate. We can arrange cabaret seating for 250 with space for entertainment, or pack in 800 standing guests for cocktail receptions. The neutral wall tones mean your chosen colour scheme takes centre stage, while our adjustable lighting system sets exactly the mood you're after, from bright and energetic for birthday celebrations to soft and romantic for wedding receptions. Our events team regularly transforms this space for Asian wedding ceremonies, milestone anniversaries, charity galas and school proms. The state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment handles everything from live bands to presentation screens, while the tall floral arrangements and gold-accented table settings in our standard setup can be completely customised to match your theme. The kitchen works closely with party organisers to create menus that suit your event, whether that's canapés for a standing reception or a five-course dinner.
