The Al Qasimi and ERA Foundation rooms form the heart of our modern event spaces at Prince Philip House, where Georgian grandeur meets contemporary functionality. The Al Qasimi Room welcomes up to 200 guests for cocktail receptions, where the electronically operated partition walls can open to create one flowing space or close to form intimate breakout areas. For theatre-style presentations, we arrange seating for 170, while banquet dinners work beautifully with 120 guests enjoying our Company of Cooks' menus beneath the soaring ceilings. Natural light pours through the tall windows throughout the day, energising morning conferences and creating that perfect soft glow for afternoon wedding ceremonies. When evening arrives, our programmable lighting system transforms the atmosphere entirely, whether you're hosting corporate awards or celebrating with your wedding party on the private terrace. Both rooms come equipped with our integrated AV system, including a high-definition projector, 98-inch plasma screen, and video conferencing capabilities that our technical team manages throughout your event. The ERA Foundation Room serves brilliantly as an exhibition space during conferences or transforms into an elegant pre-dinner drinks area for wedding receptions. From Piccadilly Circus Station, it's just a few minutes' walk through St James's, making these rooms remarkably accessible for London events. Our lifts serve all floors, and we've installed hearing loops throughout both spaces.
