The Top Tier sits above the main restaurant buzz, giving your party its own world on the first floor. This private space wraps around a central bar where our team serves everything from bone-dry farmhouse ciders to cocktails mixed just how you like them. We can fit 170 guests standing or seat 100 around our long wooden tables, depending on how you picture your celebration unfolding. Natural light pours through the tall windows during afternoon gatherings, with views over the greenery outside. Come evening, the fairy lights strung across the wooden ceiling take over, casting a warm glow across the room. The stage and sound system at one end mean bands can set up properly, speeches carry clearly, and DJs have everything they need to keep the party moving. Our events team arranges the wooden tables and benches however works best for your group. Corporate presentations flow smoothly with the built-in screen and audio setup, while birthday parties often push tables aside to create more space for mingling around the bar. The private bar itself stocks our full range of 80-plus West Country ciders alongside craft beers and spirits, so nobody needs to head downstairs for refills. Fresh sourdough pizzas arrive hot from our kitchen throughout your event, topped with ingredients from local farms. The space handles everything from relaxed work socials to full-scale wedding receptions, with our kitchen staying open as late as you need. Being on Westover Road puts us right between town centre shops and the beach, making it easy for guests to find us whether they're coming from work or wandering up from the seafront.
