Pizza dough rises fresh every morning at The Bournemouth Stable, where we craft each sourdough base from organic grains before topping them with ingredients sourced from local farms. Our home sits on Westover Road, perfectly positioned between the town centre shops and the beach - which means you can pop in straight from the sand or swing by after browsing the high street. We've transformed this space into something special for parties and celebrations. The ground floor buzzes with conversation around wooden tables, while our two outdoor terraces overlook the Lower Gardens - particularly lovely when the evening sun hits. Upstairs, our private level works brilliantly for birthday parties, corporate gatherings, or any celebration where you want your own dedicated space. We can accommodate up to 300 guests across all our areas. Our bar stocks over 80 West Country ciders - from bone-dry farmhouse varieties to sweeter orchard blends. Add to that our selection of craft beers and cocktails mixed fresh to order. The sound system and stage setup mean live music nights flow naturally, while our built-in speakers keep the atmosphere going for DJ sets or background playlists during private parties. Dogs are welcome throughout (water bowls at the ready), and our events team helps coordinate everything from casual get-togethers to full-scale celebrations. We run regular Bottomless Pizza Brunches too - 90 minutes of free-flowing Prosecco, beer or cider alongside sharing platters and mains.
