Walking into the Kingston Suite feels like discovering the stadium's best-kept secret. This ground floor space stretches out before you with room for 700 guests at a reception or 450 seated around tables, making it our largest suite at MKM Stadium. We've hosted everything from award ceremonies to dinner dances here, and the versatility never ceases to amaze us. The full wall of windows that runs along one side bathes the room in natural daylight, though our adjustable lighting system means you can shift from bright conference mode to atmospheric evening celebration in moments. Those colourful uplighting options have transformed many a corporate dinner into something special. Round tables draped in black linens dot the floor space when we're setting up for seated events, and we love adding those pops of colour with napkins and centerpieces to match your theme. The layout leaves plenty of room for mingling, whether your guests are networking between exhibition stands (we can fit 27 of them) or catching up during cocktail hour. Our stage area and large screens handle everything from live bands to company presentations with equal ease. The acoustics work brilliantly for speeches, and we've seen some memorable performances up there over the years. Being on the ground floor means easy access for everyone, including equipment deliveries for exhibitions or entertainment setups. With parking right outside and Hull Paragon station nearby, your guests won't struggle to find us. We've arranged the space for product launches with demonstration areas, Christmas parties with dedicated bar zones, and charity auctions where the whole room gets involved in the bidding. Each event brings its own energy to the Kingston Suite, and we adapt our setup to match exactly what you have in mind.
