The Main Hall and Gallery transforms from morning boardroom to evening gala space, adapting to whatever your event demands. Through our 27-metre glass atrium, natural light pours across the Italian marble floors, creating different moods as the day progresses. By night, our technical team crafts dramatic lighting effects that turn this 900-square-metre space into something extraordinary. We've configured this room countless ways over the years. For corporate product launches, we arrange theatre seating for 400, positioning our large stage and multiple screens so every guest has perfect sightlines. Award ceremonies work brilliantly here, with space for 750 at a standing reception where winners can move freely between the main floor and the Gallery mezzanine above. For gala dinners, we seat 360 guests at round tables, leaving generous space for entertainment and dancing. The Gallery level adds another dimension to events. From this elevated position, 220 guests in cabaret-style seating can observe the main floor activity while maintaining their own atmosphere. We often use this for VIP areas during larger celebrations or as a distinctive ceremony space for weddings, where the architectural drama provides its own decoration. Our AV capabilities include professional PA systems and customisable lighting throughout both levels. The steamed beech wood panelling provides excellent acoustics, whether you're hosting live performances or keynote presentations. We handle all technical requirements in-house, from basic projection needs to complex multi-camera productions with live streaming. Canary Wharf station sits just minutes away via Jubilee Line and DLR, with the district's towers visible through our glass walls. We maintain full licensing until midnight and offer both in-house catering and BYO alcohol options. Step-free access serves all areas, with lift facilities connecting both levels and paid parking available nearby.
