The waterfront windows frame the Thames as you enter our Exclusive Hire space, where up to 300 guests can spread across both floors and spill onto the south-facing terrace during cocktail receptions. We're a five-minute walk from Heron Quays Station, making arrivals straightforward whether your guests travel from the City or further afield. Our contemporary interior combines exposed brick with polished wood floors and industrial-style pendant lighting, creating a relaxed backdrop that works equally well for corporate celebrations and birthday parties. Natural light floods through floor-to-ceiling windows during daytime events, while evenings bring a different energy as the terrace lights reflect off the water. For seated dinners, we configure the space for up to 100 guests, with flexible layouts that suit everything from long banquet tables to more informal arrangements. The terrace really transforms summer parties, with comfortable outdoor seating and space for drinks stations overlooking the dock. We've hosted product launches that use the indoor area for presentations before guests move outside for networking, and wedding receptions where the ceremony happens on the terrace before everyone heads inside for dinner.
