We've created something special up on our dedicated events floor. The Park Place Event Space combines the character of exposed brick walls with modern functionality, giving you a private floor that's entirely yours for the day. The industrial-style lighting creates just the right atmosphere, whether you're hosting a corporate workshop at our wooden tables or throwing a networking event around the fully-equipped bar. Your guests can spread out across 50 standing or settle in with seating for 40. The space flows naturally between presentation mode and social gathering, with comfortable chairs and flexible table arrangements that we'll configure to match your event style. Two presentation options mean no awkward angles - choose between the 75" wall-mounted TV or the drop-down projector screen, both positioned for perfect visibility throughout the room. Natural light pours through the large windows, keeping the energy up during daytime events. When your guests need refreshments, everything's right here - the private bar area comes with tea and coffee facilities, so there's no trekking to shared kitchens or waiting for service. The exposed brick and wooden furnishings create that warm, authentic feel that photographs beautifully and puts people at ease. Getting here couldn't be simpler - we're three minutes from Leeds station on foot. Your guests can pop out to Park Square's green spaces during breaks, and when the event wraps up, Greek Street's restaurants and bars are perfect for continuing conversations over dinner. The building runs round the clock with secure access, so early setup or late finishes aren't a problem. Please note that our events floor isn't wheelchair accessible.
