The Josper Room at Ember Yard brings together everything you'd want from a Soho event space, starting with those rich wood panels and velvet chairs that make the whole room feel like a members' club (without the pretentious bits). We've designed this semi-private space to work brilliantly for groups up to 24, whether you're gathering the team for a working dinner or celebrating something special with your nearest and dearest. The long wooden table anchors the room beautifully, and we light it just right, soft ambient glow mixed with candlelight that makes everyone look good and conversations flow naturally. You can set things up however works best: boardroom style for 14, banquet seating for the full 24, or go U-shaped for 17 when you need everyone to see each other properly. Reception style fits 15 comfortably if you're after more of a standing drinks situation. Being right in the thick of Soho means Oxford Circus is just a quick walk away, so nobody's got an excuse for being late. We've got all the practical bits covered too: proper WiFi that won't let you down, air conditioning for when things heat up, and yes, you can bring your own music to set exactly the mood you're after. Our alcohol licence runs until 11pm, giving you plenty of time to make the most of the evening. The menu comes straight from our wood-fired ovens, those Mediterranean flavours we're known for adapted perfectly for group dining. Our kitchen team handles everything in-house, from sharing plates to proper sit-down meals, all with that signature char that makes our food special.
