The red shipping container wall catches your eye first, then the canal boats drifting past the floor-to-ceiling windows. When you book the Whole Venue at LOCKHOUSE, you're getting both floors of our canalside space, ready for up to 300 guests to dance, mingle, and celebrate alongside Paddington Basin. We've kept the industrial bones of the building visible, with exposed ductwork running overhead and that signature red container forming a dramatic backdrop for your event. The ground floor opens directly onto the towpath, where guests can spill out for fresh air between dancing. Upstairs offers its own bar and more intimate corners for conversations away from the main party. Our kitchen team works with you to create the right food for your celebration, whether that's substantial bowl food to keep energy levels high, elegant canapés, or a full seated dinner for up to 270 guests. We handle plenty of dietary requirements, with dedicated vegan and gluten-free menus available. The bars on both levels stay busy all night, stocked with craft beers, cocktails, and whatever else your crowd prefers. The technical setup includes projectors and screens for speeches or presentations, plus reliable Wi-Fi throughout. Our sound system handles everything from background music to proper party volumes. The space works brilliantly for milestone birthdays, company parties, product launches, and wedding receptions. Getting here couldn't be easier, with Edgware Road and Paddington stations both under ten minutes' walk. There's level access throughout for guests using wheelchairs, and the whole building has air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable regardless of the weather outside.
