Our Lecture Hall transforms from morning conferences to evening celebrations with remarkable ease. Triple-height ceilings soar above the 17-metre square space, where daylight pours through tall windows during presentations, then dims to spotlight performers when our blackout facilities engage. We've watched 450 guests fill the theatre-style seating for product launches, then reconfigured the same room for 200 at round tables celebrating company milestones. The built-in stage rises 0.9 metres, positioning speakers perfectly above the audience, while our Christie 7K projector throws crisp images onto the 10-foot rimless floating screen. Corporate presentations shine here, literally, with the K-array ultra-thin sound system ensuring every word reaches the back row. The adjoining Library serves as our natural catering space, where delegates flow during coffee breaks or guests gather for pre-dinner drinks. We arrange everything from quick canapé service between sessions to full buffet spreads, keeping your event moving smoothly between the two connected spaces. Our AV team particularly enjoys working in this room. We've hosted AGMs where 180 attendees took notes at classroom-style desks, then cleared the floor for 500-person cocktail receptions that same evening.
