Works Social's Event Space fills the entire ground floor with the kind of flexible layout that makes party planners breathe easier. We've kept the original industrial bones of this converted lace works building - the exposed brick walls and soaring ceilings give your celebration proper character, while floor-to-ceiling windows pour daylight across the wooden floors throughout the day. The room adapts brilliantly to different party formats. We've arranged informal bench desks alongside comfortable sofas and a central meeting table, so you can create distinct zones for mingling, dining, or dancing. Those colourful chairs scattered throughout? They're not just for show - guests love how they break up the space and add pops of colour against the brick backdrop. The striking wall art catches everyone's eye and makes for great photo opportunities. For evening celebrations, we transform the space completely. Our bar service keeps drinks flowing, while the Sonos speaker system fills the room with whatever playlist sets your mood. Two 50-inch screens and a projector mean you can display photos, videos, or whatever visual elements enhance your party. The magic whiteboard rolls have surprised us with their popularity at birthday parties - guests use them for messages, games, or impromptu art sessions. Our shared kitchen facilities keep refreshments simple, with tea, coffee and snacks always available. The address you gave us was incorrect, your email stated 1 Commerce Square when in fact it was number 16, we ended up being late and it didn’t look good for the clients we were meeting

Location – very central and easily accessible via public transport. Only downside was nearby parking was a bit expensive, but in the city centre that’s to be expected.
