The Ninian Lounge sits high on Level 4 of the Ninian Stand, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Cardiff City FC pitch below. This fourth-floor vantage point gives your guests something to talk about the moment they walk in, whether they're football fans or not. The natural light pouring through those windows changes throughout the day, shifting the mood from bright morning product launches to golden evening receptions. We've kept the industrial character of the space with exposed ductwork running across the high ceilings, balanced by warm wooden flooring underfoot. The contemporary furnishings work with this aesthetic rather than against it, creating a modern backdrop that photographs beautifully for any event. Two fully stocked bars anchor either end of the room, so your guests never have to venture far for refreshments, even when we're hosting 500 for a reception. The space really comes into its own for larger celebrations. We can seat 250 for a formal banquet with proper elbow room, or open everything up for 500-guest receptions where people naturally flow between the pitch views and the bars. Product showcases work particularly well here, with the exhibition capabilities allowing for dynamic displays that make use of the generous floor space. The adjacent syndicate rooms become invaluable for these events, offering quiet corners for one-on-one conversations or storage for extra equipment. Practical details matter as much as the view. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable even during packed summer events, while our complimentary Wi-Fi handles whatever your guests throw at it.
