Plants cascade across exposed brick walls in our Meeting Room, where we've created a workspace that feels more like a creative studio than a corporate boardroom. The heart of the room is a solid wooden table that comfortably seats six colleagues, though we can squeeze in eight when needed. Our venue sits moments from Waterloo Station, making it simple for teams scattered across London to gather here. The surrounding streets offer brilliant lunch spots, from quick Vietnamese bánh mì to proper sit-down meals, and you're welcome to bring food back to the room. We've equipped the space with everything practical: high-speed WiFi that actually works, a large flatscreen TV for presentations, and proper lighting that won't leave you squinting at screens. The leather chairs are comfortable enough for those longer strategy sessions, and the warm wood against raw brick creates an atmosphere that helps ideas flow naturally. Coffee is included with your booking, and our baristas know their craft. The Monmouth flat whites have become something of a legend among regular bookers. Between the plants, the textures of brick and wood, and the gentle hum of the café beyond, people tell us they think differently here compared to their usual meeting rooms. The space works particularly well for workshops and planning sessions where you need focus without feeling boxed in. Creative teams seem to thrive here, perhaps because the environment itself breaks away from the typical corporate aesthetic. Previous groups have used the room for everything from product launches to team away days, and the informal setting often helps quieter team members contribute more freely.
