Our second-floor Maple Room provides everything you need for focused boardroom discussions in 34 square metres of thoughtfully designed space. The polished wooden table comfortably seats 18 delegates in leather chairs, creating an atmosphere where important decisions feel properly supported. We've arranged the room to encourage conversation while maintaining clear sightlines to the 75-inch interactive ActivPanel mounted on the wall. The technology here genuinely works when you need it. The ActivPanel connects seamlessly with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet, so remote participants feel as present as those around the table. During strategy sessions, teams often use the interactive whiteboard features to map out ideas in real-time, switching effortlessly between presentations and collaborative work. The warm ambient lighting keeps everyone alert without the harshness of fluorescents, particularly useful during those longer afternoon sessions. We've configured the Maple Room for various formats beyond traditional boardroom meetings. Theatre style accommodates 25 people for presentations, while classroom setup works well for 10 participants in training workshops.
