Our Wellington Room sits on the first floor in the West Wing, where bold modern art creates an unexpected contrast against the building's Georgian bones. The 6-by-11-metre space has become our go-to for everything from board meetings to training sessions, with its U-shaped table configuration proving particularly popular among clients who want everyone engaged in the conversation. Those dark leather chairs around the table? They're the kind you can actually sit in for hours without shifting uncomfortably, something we learned matters more than most venues realise. Natural light streams through the windows, offering views across our parkland, though the fully controllable lighting means you're never battling glare on screens during presentations. Speaking of which, we've equipped the room with everything you actually need: a 42-inch flat-screen TV, pull-down screen, and DVD player. The air conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round, especially important when you've got 40 people in boardroom style or up to 60 in theatre configuration. We can also arrange classroom style for 45, banquet for 35, reception or cabaret setups, whatever works for your session. Need extra space? The Dixon Bead room next door connects seamlessly when you book both.
