We've found this room works brilliantly for groups of up to six people who need to get things done without distractions. Around the wooden table, six bright orange chairs pick up the accent colours from the wall. It's a deliberate choice that keeps energy levels up during those longer strategy sessions. The HD screen mounted on the wall connects easily through HDMI, and we've made sure the plug-and-play AV system actually lives up to its name. No awkward fumbling with cables while your colleagues wait. For those who think better on their feet, there's a whiteboard ready with pens. We see teams using it for everything from mapping out project timelines to quick sketches that explain complex ideas better than words ever could. The fast WiFi handles whatever you throw at it, whether that's video calls with remote team members or cloud-based presentations. Self-serve tea and coffee stations mean you can refuel without interrupting your flow.
