We've set up this room to handle everything from intensive training workshops to quarterly planning sessions, with enough flexibility built in to adapt to whatever your day demands. The room comfortably seats 30 people in classroom style, though we often rearrange the rectangular tables depending on what works best for each group. Some prefer the traditional classroom setup for presentations, while others create discussion circles or boardroom configurations. The natural light from our windows keeps the energy up throughout the day, and we've chosen warm, neutral tones for the walls that help people stay focused without feeling boxed in. We know presentations are often the heart of your meetings, so we've installed a projector that delivers sharp, clear images alongside a whiteboard for brainstorming sessions. Our speaker system carries voices clearly to every corner of the room, whether you're running a training module or facilitating group discussions. The standalone board gives you extra space for mapping out ideas or displaying materials throughout your session. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're right in Portsmouth's city centre with the main train and bus stations just minutes away. Our free on-site parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and when those spaces fill up, we'll direct you to the additional parking available on nearby roads. The room has proven equally effective for departmental away days, professional development workshops, and strategic planning meetings. We handle all the technical setup, arrange your preferred room layout, and coordinate any catering requirements.
