The Aida Shelby room welcomes you with an exposed brick mural that immediately sets a creative tone for your meeting. We've designed this space to break away from typical corporate environments, combining rustic character with the functionality modern business demands. Step inside and you'll notice our vibrant patchwork chairs arranged around solid meeting tables, while a classic leather armchair in the corner offers a quiet spot for those important phone calls between sessions. The room comfortably hosts up to 45 delegates theatre-style, though we find many teams prefer our boardroom setup for 20 or cabaret arrangement for 32, which encourages better discussion flow. Our venue equipped the space with everything you need for productive sessions: a reliable projector and screen for presentations, whiteboard for brainstorming, and flipchart for capturing key ideas. We've even added unexpected touches like a vintage gramophone and telescope, conversation pieces that often spark creative thinking during breaks. While natural light is limited, we've installed bright overhead lighting that keeps energy levels up throughout long meeting days. The climate control system maintains comfort whether you're running intensive training for 12 in classroom style or hosting a larger conference. Getting here couldn't be simpler, just off junction 2 of the M5 with Sandwell & Dudley station nearby for those arriving by train. Your attendees will appreciate our complimentary parking, removing one more worry from their journey. We provide water, tea and proper coffee throughout your booking, with full catering available including halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free options. Alternatively, you're welcome to arrange your own catering if preferred. The space works equally well for training sessions, team meetings, presentations or small conferences, with on-site accommodation available when your event runs multiple days.
