We can configure the space for 340 delegates theatre-style when you need maximum capacity, or divide it into smaller sections for concurrent breakout sessions. The neutral décor works as a blank canvas, whether you're hosting a medical conference or a sales meeting. What sets this suite apart is the private bar area, complete with its own refreshment station. Your delegates can network over coffee without queuing with other hotel guests, and we can set up lunch buffets right in the room to maximise your schedule. The direct access to our terrace and gardens gives everyone proper fresh air during breaks, not just a quick dash to a cramped lobby. Our technical setup includes ceiling-mounted projectors, pull-down screens, and power points distributed throughout the room, so no one's hunting for sockets. The air conditioning handles full capacity without anyone freezing in the front row or overheating at the back. We provide flip charts, whiteboards and wireless microphones as standard. Getting here couldn't be simpler, right off Junction 7 of the M6 with our large car park directly outside. Birmingham city centre sits six miles south, while the airport is 25 minutes away. Many organisers schedule team activities at nearby Cadbury World or the National SEA LIFE Centre after their meetings wrap up.
