Our warehouse apartment opens directly onto Limehouse Cut, where original brickwork meets polished oak floors across 1,700 square feet of converted industrial space. Six minutes from Canary Wharf or Stratford, we've created a meeting environment that combines the character of exposed metal beams with the functionality modern gatherings demand. The main room accommodates 26 seated comfortably around our contemporary furniture arrangement, or 30 standing for more informal sessions. Natural light pours through riverside windows while our 120-inch projector screen anchors one end, ready for presentations or video conferences. Grey sofas cluster around the coffee table on textured rugs, creating natural breakout zones between formal agenda items. Our open-plan kitchen runs the length of one wall, its white surfaces and large island doubling as both catering prep space and informal meeting point. The breakfast bar often becomes the spot where conversations continue over coffee. We maintain full equipment for meal service, though many groups simply use the space for refreshments between sessions. Behind the main area, we've configured a preparation room with two makeup stations under proper lighting, originally intended for our photo shoot clients but equally useful for video calls or last-minute presentation prep. The 27-inch iMac stays ready for technical requirements, while twenty backdrop colours hang nearby for those needing specific visuals. Practical details matter here: ground-floor access through double doors means no struggling with flip charts or AV equipment up stairs. Free parking sits right outside.
