The Ivor Novello Suite offers 312 square feet of thoughtfully designed meeting space on our first floor, where we regularly host training sessions, client presentations, and team workshops for up to 20 people. The room's theatre-style configuration works particularly well for presentations, though we often rearrange it into boardroom format for 12, classroom style for 12, or U-shaped for 14 participants depending on what works best for your session. Our 98-inch interactive TV has become something of a talking point, teams find the ClickShare system makes presenting remarkably straightforward, no wrestling with cables or adapters required. The blue chairs might catch your eye first, they're surprisingly comfortable for those longer sessions, and we've arranged them to ensure everyone has clear sightlines to the screen. While the suite doesn't have windows, the overhead lighting creates a bright, focused environment that keeps energy levels up throughout the day. Russell Square station sits just two minutes away on foot, which makes timing arrivals much easier for your attendees. Many groups appreciate being so close to Euston, King's Cross, and St. Pancras too, especially when participants are joining from different cities. The dedicated host assigned to your booking manages the technical setup and coordinates refreshment timings with our kitchen team, who've developed a knack for delivering coffee just when concentration starts to dip. Our Academy conference centre provides spacious breakout areas where attendees naturally gather between sessions, and the all-day refreshments mean nobody has to hunt for coffee.
