The Charlbury Room brings together everything you need for focused meetings in one naturally bright space. We've positioned this first-floor conference room to catch plenty of daylight through its large windows, which our regular clients tell us makes a real difference during longer training sessions and workshops. Twenty teal-colored ergonomic chairs fill the room when we set it theatre-style, though we frequently reconfigure the space depending on what works best for each group. For boardroom discussions, we arrange seating for up to 20 people around tables. When teams need interaction for training days, we create classroom layouts for 20 or U-shaped configurations that encourage discussion. The projection screen at the front handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to video conferences, while individually controlled air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable regardless of the season. Our venue sits on Godstow Road, putting you just minutes from Oxford's historic center while maintaining easy access from major motorways. Teams traveling from across the South and Midlands find us particularly convenient, as one recent client noted when describing us as an "ideal location for a team meeting from all around the South and Midlands." We provide on-site parking with graduated pricing: free for the first hour, then £2 for up to four hours.
