Walking into the Stephenson Suite, the first thing you'll notice is how natural daylight transforms the space through those generous windows. We've recently refurbished this room with new carpeting that complements our original Art Deco features, while modern light fittings create the perfect ambiance for any time of day. The hand-carved radiator covers are conversation pieces in themselves, part of the careful restoration work we've done throughout our venue. With 90 theatre-style seats or 80 for banquets, this suite adapts brilliantly to your needs. We regularly reconfigure it from boardroom meetings for 30 to cabaret-style events for 60, and the room works beautifully every time. Just off our famous Sunken Lounge, the Stephenson Suite sits between the Euston and Dunlop suites. We can connect all three spaces when you need room for larger conferences, or keep them separate for breakout sessions and parallel meetings. The flexibility means we've hosted everything from corporate training days to departmental away-days here. Your presentations will look sharp on our high-definition projectors and screens, and yes, the fibre optic Wi-Fi actually handles everyone logging on at once. We keep the basics ready too, with flipcharts, stationery and fresh water already in place when you arrive. Getting here couldn't be easier, with the M1 and M42 nearby and East Midlands Airport just a short drive away. Our 300 complimentary parking spaces mean your attendees won't waste time circling for a spot. The whole building has level access and lifts to all floors, so everyone can participate comfortably.
