We've equipped this interior space with everything your small team needs: a flip chart for mapping out ideas, comfortable seating arranged to encourage conversation, and a conference phone positioned within easy reach for those essential calls with remote colleagues. The contemporary pendant light above creates just the right atmosphere for both morning strategy sessions and afternoon client meetings. We chose a calming grey colour scheme throughout, which our members tell us helps them concentrate without distractions. While this particular room doesn't have windows, the soft lighting and thoughtful design mean it never feels enclosed. Your team can make use of our breakout areas before or after meetings, where informal conversations often lead to the best ideas. The on-site café means you can grab coffee without interrupting the flow of your discussion, and when you need a proper break, Guildford's town centre restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're just a few minutes' walk from Guildford's mainline station, so whether your participants are coming from London Waterloo, Portsmouth Harbour, or flying in via Gatwick Airport, they'll find us easily. For those driving, we have parking available on-site for an additional fee.
