The Dunbar meeting room sits on the first floor of our Gracechurch Street venue, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the energy of London's financial district below. We've designed this space to comfortably seat 18 people around our boardroom table, or 12 in a U-shaped configuration when you need everyone facing forward. Natural light fills the room throughout the day, creating an atmosphere that keeps people alert and engaged without feeling harsh. We've paired our sleek conference table with ergonomic chairs that actually support you through those longer strategy sessions. The wood-panelled walls add warmth while maintaining the professional feel you'd expect this close to Bank and Monument stations. Our tech setup includes a large flatscreen TV mounted at the perfect height, plus a video conferencing system with camera and sound bar that means remote participants feel genuinely part of the conversation. We keep the traditional tools too, with whiteboard and flipchart ready for when ideas need to flow freely. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round, and we provide tea and coffee throughout your booking. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Monument, Bank and Cannon Street stations all within a few minutes' walk. We offer bike storage and shower facilities for those who prefer to cycle, and the building has full step-free access. Our venue operates 24/7, so early morning preparations or evening sessions work just as well as standard hours. The Dunbar works particularly well for board meetings, team workshops, client presentations and training sessions. In-house catering can be arranged through our team, or you're welcome to organise your own refreshments with advance notice. Beyond this room, our venue offers various breakout spaces where conversations can continue over coffee between sessions.

Amazing venue in a great location with good staff completely ruined by bad aggressive ground floor staff. To get to the venue you have to go through ground floor entrance staff (40 Gracechurch Street building entrance) who are completely reluctant to help you. After sig...

Worth noting that Landmark is 40 Gracechurch Street. Reception at ground floor may ask for your company name (it doesn't matter what you say!)
