At our venue, Meeting Room 1 sits just off the main climbing arena, where 26-foot walls create an energetic backdrop that naturally sparks creative thinking. The room comes alive with bright yellow and white chairs arranged around tables that we can configure to suit your needs, whether you prefer boardroom, classroom, banquet or U-shaped setups. A large wall-mounted TV connects via VGA or HDMI for your presentations, while Bluetooth facilities keep everyone connected throughout your session. Air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable year-round, and we always provide jugs of iced water as standard. What makes this space particularly flexible is the bi-folding door that opens directly into our second meeting room. When you need extra capacity or want to create breakout areas, we simply open it up to double your space. The climbing walls remain visible through internal windows, giving your meeting an unusual energy without being distracting. Our Summit Café sits just down the corridor, serving Lavazza coffee and a full menu from healthy options to indulgent treats.
