High ceilings and streams of natural light through expansive Georgian windows define our meeting room, where eight people can work comfortably around the large boardroom table. The original fireplace and carefully chosen artwork create a calm atmosphere, while modern touches like our 40-inch presentation screen and reliable Wi-Fi keep everything running smoothly.
We've arranged the furniture to give everyone plenty of elbow room, whether you're spreading out documents for strategic planning or gathering your team for recruitment interviews. The wipe-clean whiteboard gets plenty of use during brainstorming sessions, and we keep a flip chart ready for those who prefer working on paper. Our clients often tell us they appreciate having space to think properly, especially during intensive training workshops or development sessions.
You will find tea and coffee making facilities and a mini-fridge in the meeting room, while you also have use of a kitchen and break out area on the lower ground floor.
Most groups order lunch from the excellent cafes along Gray's Inn Road, though some prefer to work straight through with just coffee breaks. We maintain a quiet environment throughout the building, which recent guests have particularly valued for focused afternoon sessions working on detailed projects.
Russell Square and Chancery Lane stations both lie within a seven-minute walk, making arrival straightforward from either the Piccadilly or Central lines. Those coming via Kings Cross St Pancras or Farringdon on the Elizabeth line need about fifteen minutes on foot. Bus stops on Theobalds Road and Gray's Inn Road are even closer, just three minutes away.
Our receptionist greets everyone on arrival and ensures you have everything needed for your session. We're open 9am to 5pm as standard, though many groups extend to 8am-7pm when longer sessions are needed.
