The Beckett & Ascot Suite opens directly off our historic Sunken Lounge, giving you easy access to networking spaces while maintaining privacy for focused discussions. This adaptable room handles everything from intimate board meetings to larger training sessions, with natural daylight flooding through the large windows creating an energising atmosphere for productive days. We've furnished the space with contemporary teal seating that adds a splash of colour against the warm-toned patterned carpet. The high-definition screen mounted on the wall connects seamlessly to our super-fast fibre optic Wi-Fi, so your presentations run without a hitch. Paper, pencils and water come as standard, leaving you free to concentrate on the content rather than the logistics. The suite's flexibility really shows in its various configurations. Set it boardroom-style for 40 participants when you need everyone around the table, or expand to theatre layout accommodating 70 delegates for larger presentations. The classroom setup works brilliantly for training days with 42 attendees, while the U-shape arrangement for 30 creates the perfect environment for interactive workshops. For more social corporate events, we can arrange cabaret-style seating for 56. Our venue sits in a Grade II listed building where original Art Deco features blend with modern meeting requirements.
