The Johnnie Walker room combines grandeur with practicality, making it one of our most requested spaces for larger gatherings. Natural daylight streams through tall windows dressed in heavy drapes, while contemporary light fixtures create interesting patterns across the high ceilings, a striking contrast to the traditional neo-Georgian architecture. We've hosted everything from product launches to training sessions in here, and the space adapts beautifully. The room comfortably seats 200 theatre-style, though many clients prefer the collaborative feel of our classroom setup for 100. For board meetings, we can arrange for 50 around tables, or create a U-shape configuration for 110 when you need everyone to see each other clearly. The neutral-toned chairs and richly patterned carpet provide comfort during long sessions. Our technical setup includes multiple projectors and flatscreen TVs positioned so everyone has a clear view, regardless of where they're seated. The built-in PA system means no fiddling with portable microphones, and yes, we have reliable Wi-Fi that can handle everyone's devices. Air conditioning keeps the room comfortable even when it's packed to our 250-person reception capacity. The clever bit about this room is its ability to divide into two separate areas. We've seen clients use this for breakout sessions or to create distinct zones during networking events.
