Very helpful check-in staff. It’s a 5 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk from Gatwick airport but completely suited my needs.

Meeting room had no plug point that was disappointing. Since only used for 3 of the 5hrs, couldn’t get refund. They are very pleasant and helpful (Private)
