Our Meeting Room 3 sits on one of the upper floors, where London spreads out before you through floor-to-ceiling windows. We've arranged the space around a sleek white table that comfortably seats 10 people in boardroom style, with navy blue swivel chairs that our regular clients tell us make even the longest strategy sessions bearable. The room catches natural light throughout the day, which plays beautifully against the soft blue and textured wall panels we've chosen. We mounted a large screen at the perfect height for presentations and video calls, positioned so everyone around the table has a clear view without craning their necks. The lighting fixtures overhead provide consistent illumination when the clouds roll in, and we've added a touch of greenery to keep the space feeling fresh. Being just steps from Paddington Station means your attendees can arrive via the Elizabeth line, Heathrow Express, or multiple tube lines. We're literally above the station concourse, so even first-time visitors find us without hassle. The building itself has been completely reimagined from its 1960s origins, with Scandinavian-inspired touches throughout that create a calm, professional atmosphere. Our on-site team handles the details that matter. They'll help arrange the room layout if you need something different from the standard boardroom setup, and they're particularly good at accommodating last-minute changes. Recent feedback highlights how promptly and professionally they deal with additional requests. The room works equally well for board meetings, client presentations, team workshops, or interview panels. Everything's accessible 24/7, so early morning or evening sessions aren't a problem. We do ask for two days' notice if you'd like catering arranged, but our ground-floor café serves coffee and light refreshments throughout the day if you need something more immediate.
