We've positioned the room to catch the morning sun through large windows that frame views of our grounds, with mature trees creating a natural screen from the outside world. The room itself reflects our manor's character, combining original architectural details with the technology you need for productive meetings. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV connects easily to laptops for presentations, while our high-speed data lines ensure smooth video conferences. The contemporary chairs we've chosen provide proper support during longer sessions, and the glass table surface works brilliantly for spreading out documents or sketching ideas. Throughout your booking, you'll have access to self-service tea, coffee and chilled filtered water, so there's no need to interrupt the flow of discussion. The room's position on the first floor means you're away from the main traffic of the building, yet close enough to our WiFi Lounge if you want to continue conversations over barista coffee during breaks. Our location makes getting here simple, whether your colleagues are travelling from London or driving in from the M25. The 14-minute walk from Leatherhead station gives arriving guests time to clear their heads before the meeting starts. Once here, there's plenty of parking, and the town centre is just 10 minutes away on foot if you need anything during the day.
