This spacious room on our top floor accommodates 24 people comfortably at tables or up to 55 in theatre-style rows, making it our most flexible space for larger presentations and workshops. We've designed the room with moveable furniture so you can configure it exactly how you need. Training sessions often work well in classroom layout, while board meetings typically prefer the U-shape arrangement. The neutral décor and abundant natural light create an atmosphere where people stay focused and energised, even during full-day sessions. Our built-in projection system connects easily to laptops, and the screen positioning means everyone gets a clear view from any seat. The reliable Wi-Fi handles video calls and cloud-based presentations without any issues. When you need extra space, we can open up the adjoining wall to Room 5, creating one large area perfect for events with breakout sessions or networking segments. Being directly above Canada Water station makes arrival straightforward, your attendees simply exit the tube and they're here in under a minute. Regular users particularly appreciate this convenience, along with the consistency of our facilities. Everything works as it should, rooms are always clean, and our library staff are on hand to help with any technical queries. Caff A downstairs provides all your catering needs without anyone leaving the building. Most groups start with coffee and pastries, then we bring lunch directly to your room. Have met there regularly over the last few months with my working group using room 4. Convenient by Canada Water tube station, nice view of the pond with ducks, plenty of places to eat and easy to get there from London Bridge. Library staff very friendly to check in and...
