Room 111 combines the practicality of a boardroom with the comfort of a private study, making it one of our most requested spaces for focused discussions and strategy sessions. The centrepiece is a generous oval wooden table that seats up to 28 delegates theatre-style, though we find most groups prefer the more collaborative boardroom arrangement around this impressive table. We've chosen high-backed black chairs that support you through those lengthy planning sessions, and positioned artwork thoughtfully around the neutral walls to create an atmosphere that's professional without feeling sterile. The water cooler tucked discreetly in the corner means you won't need to interrupt the flow of ideas when refreshment is needed. For presentations, we've mounted an LCD screen at the perfect viewing angle from every seat, and there's a flipchart ready for those spontaneous brainstorming moments. While the blackout curtains give you complete control over lighting during screen presentations, opening them floods the room with natural daylight, something our regular clients particularly appreciate during full-day workshops. The room sits within our venue's conference floor, where our events team maintains a constant presence to handle any technical queries or last-minute requests.
