The polished wooden table at the centre of our Lunesdale Suite has hosted countless successful meetings, from morning strategy sessions to afternoon board discussions. We've positioned this ground-floor room to catch natural daylight throughout the day, while air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during those longer presentations. Our team regularly configures the space to suit different meeting styles. The high-backed leather chairs work perfectly around the boardroom table for up to 16 people, though we often arrange classroom setups for training sessions with 8 participants, or create a U-shaped layout when groups prefer more collaborative discussions. Theatre style works well too when you need all 16 seats facing forward for presentations. We keep the essentials ready in the room, including flip charts and whiteboards for brainstorming sessions. The LCD projector connects easily to laptops for presentations, and we have a DVD player available when you need to show training videos or corporate materials. The artwork on our neutral walls adds subtle colour without distracting from the business at hand. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with our venue positioned right off the M6 motorway. Delegates appreciate the ample parking spaces when they arrive, and many take advantage of breaks to explore nearby Lancaster or even venture towards the Lake District if time allows.
