The Concourse room works perfectly when you need a focused space for your small team discussions or client consultations. We've designed this room around a bright, open feel - the large window brings in plenty of natural light throughout the day, which our regular users tell us makes even lengthy strategy sessions feel less draining. Four people can work comfortably around the white meeting table, with proper office chairs that support you through those detailed project reviews. We've kept the décor minimal and professional, with clean white walls that won't distract from your presentations. A small plant on the windowsill adds just enough life to the space without cluttering it. For your working sessions, we've installed reliable Wi-Fi and a telephone for conference calls. The flipchart and whiteboard are already in place, along with markers, so you can map out ideas or sketch workflows as discussions develop. If you need to present slides or share screens, we can arrange AV equipment for an additional charge. Our venue sits right by junction 21 of the M1, putting you 15 minutes from Leicester city centre. This means your attendees coming from different directions can reach us easily, and there's plenty of parking on-site when they arrive. Fosse Shopping Park is nearby if anyone needs to grab lunch between sessions. The Concourse room suits various business needs - from confidential HR discussions and financial planning meetings to creative brainstorms and supplier negotiations. You'll have access to our communal kitchen for tea and coffee breaks, and our reception team handles any messages or visitors while you're in session.
