This bright corner room sits right at street level, where Kingsland Road meets Old Street, giving your attendees an easy-to-find location just minutes from Old Street station. We designed The Annex with flexibility in mind. The polished concrete floors and clean white walls create a blank canvas that adapts to your vision, whether you're hosting a board meeting for 20 or a product launch for 100 standing guests. The space comfortably seats 50 for banquet-style dining and 70 in theatre configuration, with our modular furniture allowing quick transitions between setups. What sets this room apart is the natural daylight streaming through the glass frontage, something many of our corporate clients specifically request. We've installed an Epson 4K projector that performs brilliantly even in daylight conditions, supported by our 10Gbps symmetrical internet connection that handles multiple video conferences or livestreams without breaking a sweat. The comprehensive lighting and audio package means your presentations land with impact. Behind the sleek bar structure, you'll find built-in refrigeration for refreshments throughout your meeting. The wide loading door opens directly onto the street, making equipment delivery straightforward, and we've even had clients drive vehicles straight into the space for automotive launches.
