The Event Space combines practical design with professional functionality across a generous floor area that works equally well for corporate training or collaborative workshops. We've arranged the room with multiple table clusters, each surrounded by comfortable blue chairs, creating natural working groups while maintaining flexibility for different session formats. Up to 50 attendees can work comfortably here, whether you prefer classroom-style rows or banquet configuration for more interactive sessions. Natural light fills the room through large windows running along one wall, with adjustable blinds giving you complete control over brightness levels throughout the day. We've installed multiple whiteboards across the walls, knowing from experience how valuable visible brainstorming space becomes during strategy sessions and training workshops. The blue carpeting and neutral walls create a calm, focused environment that our regular clients particularly appreciate for longer sessions. Our AV setup centres on a large digital screen at the front of the room, connected to a dedicated computer station with various input options for laptops and other devices. The system handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to video content smoothly, with controls simple enough that you won't need technical support during your session. While we don't have built-in video conferencing equipment, the room's acoustics and layout work well with portable solutions if remote participation is needed. The space adapts easily between different uses throughout the week. Monday might see a compliance training session, Tuesday a team strategy workshop, and Wednesday an educational seminar. The clustered table arrangement particularly suits activities requiring small group work before reporting back to the wider room.
