Our Victorian warehouse's Loft occupies the top floor, where original wooden beams stretch across the ceiling and reclaimed materials tell the story of this building's industrial past. We've kept that New York loft aesthetic intact while adding everything modern meetings demand. The space works brilliantly for creative sessions and workshops. We typically arrange the room with a mix of plush sofas and contemporary seating, creating zones where teams can break out for discussions or gather around for presentations. The low-level lighting sets just the right tone, professional yet relaxed, and natural daylight streams through during daytime meetings. For presentations, our AV setup includes everything you'd expect: crisp audio, reliable connectivity, and screens positioned so everyone gets a clear view. The room comfortably hosts 50 people theatre-style, though we often see clients preferring the cabaret layout for 60, which encourages more interaction. When networking or drinks receptions follow the formal agenda, we can accommodate up to 250 guests standing. What tends to surprise first-time visitors is the private roof terrace accessed directly from the Loft. It's become a favourite spot for coffee breaks or when discussions need a change of scenery. The fresh air and views across King's Cross often spark the best ideas. The DJ booth and dance floor might seem unusual for a meeting space, but they've proven surprisingly useful. Product launches use them for demonstrations, team celebrations naturally spill into impromptu parties, and some groups specifically book the Loft because they want their corporate event to feel anything but corporate. Getting here takes just minutes from King's Cross or Caledonian Road stations. The 24-hour buses stop right outside, making early starts and late finishes equally convenient for your attendees.
