Working from the lower ground floor of our Westminster centre, the Cadwaladr Room provides a focused environment where teams of up to 20 can gather without distraction. We've found this space works particularly well for training sessions, strategy workshops, and interview days where you need privacy and proper facilities without booking one of our larger suites. The room features warm wooden paneling across the ceiling and walls, creating a professional atmosphere that feels less corporate boardroom, more contemporary workspace. We can arrange the furniture in several configurations: boardroom style fits 16 comfortably around our large wooden table, classroom layout works for the same number when you need writing space, or we can set theatre style for 20 when presentation is the priority. The U-shape arrangement accommodates 10 and proves popular for interactive workshops. Technical setup includes our projector and screen, plus flipchart and whiteboard for those who prefer analog brainstorming. Wall-mounted iPads control the lighting and temperature, so you won't waste meeting time hunting for switches or thermostats. Our digital signage system helps with presentations, and the conference phone handles remote participants clearly. Being on the lower ground floor means no natural light, but we've compensated with a lighting system that keeps the space bright without glare on screens. The neutral colour scheme and contemporary black chairs maintain focus on your content rather than the décor. Our venue sits minutes from both Pimlico and Victoria stations, making arrival straightforward for participants coming from different directions. Eden handles our catering, from morning coffee through working lunches, using locally sourced ingredients and accommodating dietary requirements as standard.
