Our smaller meeting spaces work perfectly when you need focused discussion without distractions. Meeting rooms 1 & 2 create exactly the right atmosphere for board meetings, team planning sessions, or training workshops where every voice needs to be heard clearly. The rooms accommodate up to 12 people around our boardroom table, though we find 8 creates the most comfortable dynamic for longer sessions. The 4m by 4.2m dimensions mean everyone can see each other properly, making these spaces particularly effective for strategic discussions or collaborative workshops. We've set up notice boards throughout both rooms, which teams often use for mapping out project timelines or capturing brainstorming sessions. The soft carpeting and neutral colours help maintain concentration during intensive meetings. While these are interior rooms without windows, many groups actually prefer this setup as it eliminates outside distractions. The thoughtful furniture arrangement encourages natural conversation flow, whether you're running interviews, team briefings, or small training sessions. One practical note: sound does travel between these two rooms, so we only book them separately when the other isn't in use. Many groups actually book both together, using one for their main meeting and the other as a breakout space for smaller group work. Previous meeting organisers have particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere that helps maintain focus throughout the day. A lovely welcome from the Minister and such a lovely welcoming space and Garden if required for a break.
Parking not great, but there us an opportunity to use the park and ride. There is also parking at the local Waitrose
