The M01 meeting room faces out across the lake through floor-to-ceiling windows, giving your team something more interesting to look at than blank walls during those longer strategy sessions. We've set it up for eight people around an oval table, with ergonomic chairs that won't leave everyone shifting uncomfortably by the afternoon. Natural light fills the space throughout the day, reflecting off the water outside. When you need to map out ideas or work through problems together, there's a full-wall whiteboard ready for use. The contemporary lighting overhead adjusts for presentations or detailed work, while the views of swans on the lake provide natural breaks for the eyes during intense discussions. Our venue sits in Arlington Business Park, just two minutes from the M4. For those arriving by train, Theale station is a 10-minute walk through the business park. When international colleagues fly in, they'll find us 30 minutes from Heathrow by car, making this an accessible spot for teams spread across different locations. The room comes equipped with everything needed for productive meetings, from brainstorming sessions to client presentations. High-speed internet runs throughout the building, and we've already installed screens and video conferencing equipment so remote team members can join seamlessly. Between sessions, your group can grab proper coffee from our ground floor café or take a walk around the lake perimeter path.
