The Top Hat room works brilliantly for teams who need space to spread out and think big. We've positioned movable tables throughout this lower ground floor meeting room, so you can shift from boardroom discussions with 16 people to classroom-style training for up to 36 participants in minutes. The flexibility really comes in handy when you're running different sessions throughout the day. Natural light brightens the space despite being on the lower level, and we keep the air conditioning running to maintain comfort during those longer strategy sessions. The LED screen connects seamlessly with your devices through our Airtame system, while the writeable boards give you plenty of space for brainstorming. We've installed video conferencing equipment that handles hybrid meetings smoothly, particularly useful when you're bringing remote team members into the conversation. Java Java, our ground floor café, delivers directly to the room, which saves time during breaks. Felix and his team know the building layout well and will guide your catering straight to you, whether you're after their Union Coffee or need lunch sorted for the whole group. The high-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected, though do ask at reception for the access details when you arrive. Our venue sits in the original Art Deco building where The Sun newspaper once operated, and the Top Hat room carries some of that publishing heritage in its practical, no-nonsense design. St Paul's, Chancery Lane, Holborn, and Blackfriars stations all lie within walking distance, with City Thameslink nearby too. After your meeting, Covent Garden and Farringdon are close enough for post-work drinks or dinner. The room adapts well to workshops, presentations, training days, and team meetings. The room was great and Zipcube were very helpful but the staff at the venue were clueless and it was difficult to get everything set up

This room is not great. It’s noisy - not sure where it comes from (above I think). The lighting is poor for a meeting space, not great for a full day event. The temperature was difficult to get right.

Great little room, exactly what I needed. Building was easy to find. Had a little bother with the keypad at first and there was nobody on reception but I got sorted by a nice lady on the phone so it was all fine. Will definitely use again.

The room was cold, the TV/screen didn't work with the correct plug so they had to come and stretch another lead across the space where I was presenting. All the corridors had reently been refurbihsed so there was plastic sheeting everywhere. There was no natural light. ...
