We love watching our guests' faces when they first step into the Livery Hall, especially when afternoon sun streams through John Piper's stained glass windows, painting the Brazilian mahogany panels in blues, oranges and reds. These three magnificent windows tell centuries of baking history while casting ever-changing patterns across our polished wood floors. The hall comfortably accommodates 100 guests in theatre style, though many prefer our cabaret setup for 56 when they want more interaction during presentations. The warm mahogany paneling creates excellent acoustics, whether you're using our full PA system for a conference or enjoying the baby grand piano from the minstrel's gallery during lunch breaks. Our bright red dining chairs might surprise you against all that traditional wood, but they've become a talking point that helps break the ice at networking events. For board meetings, we arrange up to 40 around our tables, while U-shaped configurations work brilliantly for training sessions with up to 80 participants. The projector and flipchart are ready when you need them, and our induction loop ensures everyone can participate fully.
