We've kept the original fireplace and added geometric wallpaper that gives the space character without overwhelming your presentations. The room works best for groups of 12 around the boardroom table, though we can accommodate 22 for standing receptions when you need a different format. Natural light pours through the bay windows overlooking Welbeck Street, which we find helps keep energy levels up during longer sessions. We've mounted a large flatscreen TV that connects seamlessly with laptops, positioned so everyone can see clearly without craning their necks. The traditional wood panelling creates surprisingly good acoustics, meaning conversations flow naturally without echo or strain. Our venue provides the practical touches that make meetings run smoothly. The whiteboard and flipchart live permanently in the room, ready when inspiration strikes. We keep the air conditioning at a comfortable level, adjustable if your group runs warm or cool.
